We can always learn from user interactions with our projects, as well as cultural trends effecting certain groups or specific demographics.
We have lots of tools to learn, whether they are observational (on screen techniques such as eye tracking or ABN & MVT testing and reporting) or cultural, like looking at ethnography, or usability focused, like interaction design trends. We would also include marketing and content planning as part of this ongoing push to make your project a success.
Each project is different – with larger websites and platforms requiring different techniques to one off campaigns, for example. Again, we will tailor our recommendations to your specific needs.
